• Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming or hiking excursions may be cancelled due to bad weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
• Meals on board are combined: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should inform any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (1) day prior to the cruise date.
• Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
• In case of bad weather (the boat is not allowed to push off or not allowed to stay one night in the sea), please choose of the below options:

• Staying at the hotel (first night in Ha Long bay – 4* standard) – Tour cost is not changed. (hotel expense will be covered by the organizing company).
• 2- Back to Hanoi on the first day – Tour cost is charged as one of Ha Long bay one day trips.

• All rates are in US dollar per person.
• These rates will be available if you make booking and pay via Venus Travel only.
• Surcharge 10usd/pax if travel date is on Lunar New Year period.
• The itinerary can be changed due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions.
• Special request (diet or vegetarian, …) should be sent before your departure date.
• Boat air-conditioner turn-on is available after check in cabin.
• Single Supplement: US$ 50.00/person in Cabin on boat. US$60/ ocean view cabin US$ 90/ royal suite cabin.
• Tourists should bring sneakers, lotion, shadow glasses, swimsuits, hats throughout the cruise in Ha Long bay Tours package to ensure your health. Special visitors should be followed the tour guide’s arrangement and rules of landscape.

Children Policies:

• Under 5 years old: free, (sharing beds with their parents).
• From 5 years old to under 6 years old: 50% of adult ticket price ( sharing beds with their parents)
• From 6 years old to under 11 years old: 75% of adult ticket price. (sharing beds with their parents).
• 11 years old or above: adult ticket price.
• Two adults are allowed to bring one child. In case, customers bring more than one. The second child will be charge 75%.

Cancellation Policies:

• Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to departure date will incur the 50% of charge.
• Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to departure date or no-show will incur the full charge.
